Product Overview: XBDZ square explosion-proof axial fan
XBDZ square explosion-proof axial fan adopts low noise fan special motor direct drive, mainly used for power plants, substations, warehouses, offices and other buildings indoor ventilation. It has beautiful appearance, easy installation with square holes reserved in the wall, smooth operation, and the whole machine is made into a square shape.
The impeller of this product adopts wide blade with large chord length, space twisting and tilting leaf shape to achieve the required wind volume and pressure at low speed and reduce the noise of the fan, the outer layer of the fan casing is square, and the inner layer of the anechoic type is a porous anechoic plate, and the interlayer is anechoic cotton, which can further reduce the noise of the fan. The fan is installed in the wall, the side against the wall can be installed with aluminium alloy rain shutters, when the fan stops running the air outlet is automatically closed, which can prevent the outdoor rain and natural wind from pouring into the room.
The fan mainly consists of noise-reducing galvanised shell, aluminium alloy self-propagating louvres, pure copper motor, concentric circle protection net, power cord, carbon steel fan blade and other accessories.
The fan can be made into explosion-proof type according to the different requirements of the use environment, applicable to non-corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, with explosion-proof grade EXd II BT4.
