Product Description
Evaporative Condenser/Cooler (Wet Air Cooler)
Spray Water and Forced Ventilation: Water is sprayed, and forced ventilation is performed outside the dividing wall-type heat exchanger. This design ensures effective cooling by maximizing the contact area between the water and air.
Heat Transmission:
The heat from the cooled fluid within the dividing wall-type heat exchanger is transferred to the spray water outside the wall. Subsequently, the heat is moved to the air through forced convection between the spray water and air.
Latent and Sensible Heat Exchange:
The cooling process primarily involves the exchange of latent heat from the evaporation of spray water with the sensible heat between spray water and air. This dual mechanism ensures high-efficiency heat dissipation, enhancing overall cooling performance.
Energy Efficiency:
By utilizing both the latent heat of vaporization and sensible heat, our cooling tower minimizes energy consumption while maximizing cooling output, making it an eco-friendly solution for industrial applications.
Fully Closed Circulation:
The closed-loop system prevents debris and contaminants from entering the cooling medium, ensuring clean and efficient operation. This design also reduces the risk of system fouling and corrosion, leading to longer equipment life and lower maintenance costs.
Soft Water Benefits:
Using soft water in the system minimizes scaling and fouling. This not only prevents pipeline blockages but also maintains optimal heat transfer efficiency over time.
Double Cooling Method:
The combination of cold water and spray water evaporation provides a dual cooling mechanism that significantly enhances cooling efficiency. This method leverages both evaporative cooling and sensible cooling to achieve superior performance.
Compact and Portable Design:
The cooling tower's compact size allows for easy installation in various industrial settings. Its portability ensures that it can be relocated or adjusted based on changing operational needs.
Automatic Intelligent Control:
Equipped with an intelligent control system, the cooling tower can automatically adjust its operating mode based on real-time conditions. This feature ensures optimal performance while reducing energy consumption and operational costs.
Versatile Applications:
The closed cooling tower is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It can directly cool quenching liquids, oils, alcohols, and other media that do not corrode the heat exchanger (copper tubes). This versatility ensures stable composition and no loss of media during operation.
Our closed cooling tower is suitable for a wide range of industries and applications:
Metal Heat Treatment: Ideal for processes that require precise temperature control to enhance material properties. Our cooling tower ensures consistent quenching temperatures, improving metal hardness and durability.
Chemical Industry: Provides efficient cooling for reactors, condensers, and other critical equipment. Its closed-loop system prevents contamination, ensuring product purity and process safety.
Food & Beverage Industry: Maintains optimal temperatures in food processing plants, enhancing product quality and shelf life. The closed design prevents any potential contamination of food products.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Ensures precise temperature control for sensitive pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The cooling tower's clean operation supports compliance with stringent industry standards.
Power Generation: Enhances the efficiency of power plants by providing effective cooling for turbines, generators, and other critical components. This leads to improved performance and reduced operational costs.
HVAC Systems: Supports large-scale HVAC systems in commercial buildings by providing reliable and efficient cooling. This helps maintain comfortable indoor environments while reducing energy consumption.
Absolutely! We offer customization options to meet specific industrial requirements, including variations in dimensions, materials, and cooling capacities.
Operating Principle
The evaporative condenser/cooler (wet air cooler) is actually a heat exchanger combining the performance of water-cooled cooler with that of conventional packed cooling tower and also a heat exchanger between water cooler and air cooler. The evaporative cooler is characterized in that water is sprayed and forced ventilation is performed outside the dividing wall type heat exchanger, and the heat is transmitted from the cooled fluid in the dividing wall type heat exchanger to the spray water outside the wall, and then to air through forced convection between spray water and air. The heat transmission from spray water to air is achieved mainly by exchange of the latent heat from spray water evaporation with the sensible heat between spray water and air.
Working Press
The HTHP medium steam enters the coilset heat exchanger from the upper part of the evaporative condenser/cooler (wet air cooler) condensation, and the condensedlow temperature medium is discharged from the lower part of the evaporative condenser/cooler. Cooing water is ejected by the nozzle towards the coilset heat exchanger from its upper part under the action of the water pump; part water is evaporated and discharged together with the air flow from the fan, and most water falls back into the water tank at the evaporative condenser/cooler and enters the next cycle.; riven by the fan, air flows through the coil set heat exchanger from bottom to top, where air is of fullheat-mass exchange with water to take away the heat released by superheated medium steam condensation and thus to achieve the purpose of condensation.
The primary use of cooling towers is to remove the heat absorbed in the circulating cooling water system used in power plants, petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas processing plants, food processing plants, semi-conductor plants Etc… So Same Cooled Water Can Be Used Again… Which Saves Precious water …The smallest cooling towers are designed to handle water streams of only a few Liters of water per minute supplied in small pipes like those might see in a residence, while the largest cool hundreds of thousands of Liters per minute supplied in pipes as much as 15 feet (about 5 meters) in diameter on a large power plant.
