CROSS FLOW PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Heat Exchange Mode | The cross flow evaporative condenser is a heat exchanger that uses water as the cooling mediun air as the carrier, and combines the performance of the water-cooled cooler and the conventional packed cooling tower. The circulating water that has not evaporated in the heat exchange area can be secondary cooled in the packing layer, so that the circulating water temperature is lower. lt is widely used in refrigeration, large-scale chemical industry,medicine, steel, air conditioning, coal mine,nitrogen fertilizer, gas cooling,condensation and liquid cooling industries in ammonia synthesis, methanol;synthesis, gas compression, distillation, waste heat recovery and other processes. |
Characteristic | The product model and box size are serialized to meet various needs. The design of different drop type heat exchange tube reduces the air pressure drop and increases the heat transfer capacity. Coil material can be 304 or 316L. Large caliber three-layer nozzle, uniform water distribution, not easy to block,small resistance,saving water pump power. Water distribution tray electric heating and electronic water treatment instrument can be selected. The hinged access door and the standard internal walkway are convenient for equipment maintenance. |
